Research Biography

I am currently an Assistant Professor of Educational Administration and Policy at the University of Florida. Prior to joining UF I worked as an assistant professor at the University of Arizona. I began my educational career as an elementary teacher and administrator in Missouri public schools. My teaching and research interests focus on technology leadership issues, data-driven decision making, school change and organizational culture.
