Mission
The primary purpose of this organization is to promote the education and welfare of young children and their families. We propose to promote professional development for students enrolled in the Unified Early Childhood, Proteach or related programs. These goals shall be achieved through organizational meetings, local workshops, community service and travel to state and national conferences.

Vision
Our vision is to build connections between the USECA, local schools and the community. Through community service and projects we will build a bridge between our school, the local schools and the community.
We will pave a way to doorways of opportunity for our members by providing networking tools, leadership opportunities and professional development.

Community Involvement
USECA is passionate about giving to the community. A few of the projects we will be implementing are school beautification projects and adopt a classroom. We will volunteer at Give Kids the World and Ronald McDonald house. We will tutor pre-school and kindergarten students.

Professional Development
USECA offers career development and leadership training through local workshops and conferences. Networking with local school administrators will help expand opportunities for members. Our workshops in teaching techniques and educational supplies will foster creative thinking and increase the amount of fun you can incorporate into you future classroom.

USECA'S Friends
In addition to the increased career opportunities USECA also offers social opportunities. We host and participate in social events such as holiday potlucks, barbeques and other social events that allow members to get to know each other in a stress free environment.
