Early Childhood Education
The faculty within the Early Childhood Education program are pleased to offer four options for students interested in careers in the exciting field of early childhood education. These options are:
- Unified Early Childhood ProTeach (teacher certification program)
- Master of Education with an Early Childhood Emphasis
- Master of Arts in Education with an Early Childhood Emphasis
- Doctoral Strand in Early Childhood Education
The College of Education has established Academic Learning Compacts for our two undergraduate degree majors. These compacts are effective for all students entering the college as of Fall 2006. Learn more about the Academic Learning Compact for Early Childhood Education.
Students interested in the traditional masters and doctoral strands of the early childhood program are encouraged to study the information appropriate for them and to contact early childhood faculty with additional questions.
