Online Teacher Leadership
The TLSI program is an online masters/specialists degree program that targets improving the learning of students and teachers. TLSI engages teachers in the action of instructional and school improvements as teachers learn new strategies, implement them in their classroom with guided assistance, collect evidence of student learning, and then reflect on and adjust their teaching practices. Through systematic inquiry into teaching, the program targets enhancing student achievement and cultivating the tools of lifelong learning that support teacher leadership for school improvement.
