Mr. Osterhout is responsible for the design, development and implementation of educational technology resources and training relative to IHE's work within the Achieving the Dream Initiative.
This includes IHE's work with the data facilitation network and the Community College Institutional Research Certificate Learning Network (C2IR LearnNet) currently under development. Leveraging his software capabilities, Mr. Osterhout will act as liaison between the institutional research content experts and the Adobe Acrobat Connect Professional (formerly Macromedia Breeze) that will be utilized to develop the online training for Community College Institutional Researchers.
