Doctor of Education (Ed.D.) -
K-12 Leadership Education Administration Doctorate (LEAD)

All application materials for the K-12 LEAD Programs must be received by the deadline date of February 1, 2010

Applications are currently being accepted for the following K-12 LEAD programs. These programs are offered via a blended format with face to face and online learning opportunities.

  1. Certification LEAD (Ed.S./Ed.D.) - This LEAD Program will allow students to obtain their Specialist Degree with Principal Certification in route to the Doctoral degree. The next Certification LEAD will be offered in Collier County beginning Summer 2010.
  2. Executive LEAD (Ed.D.) - This LEAD program is designed to prepare current school leaders for future positions of leadership at the district, state, and national levels. The next Executive LEAD will be based on the University of Florida campus.

Submission of Immunization Records

Interview - All doctorate candidates must be interviewed following the preliminary approval of all application materials. Generally interviews are in person on campus with one or two faculty members in the student's concentration field. Interviews may be conducted by phone when circumstances prevent an on campus visit.
