    Refund & Cancellation Policy:
    Full refunds will be given to any registrant who submits a written cancellation that is received by January 15, 2008. Absolutely no refunds will be granted after January 15, 2008, and "no-shows" will not be refunded; however, a substitute attendee is permitted.
