Refund & Cancellation Policy:
Futures Attendees: Full refunds will be given to any registrant who submits a written cancellation that is received by January 15, 2010. Absolutely no refunds will be granted after January 15, 2010, and "no-shows" will not be refunded; however, a substitute attendee is permitted.

Webcast Participants: If you are not totally satisfied with the quality of your learning experience, please contact us within 30 days of your purchase for a full refund of your registration fee.
