Enhanced Science Helper can be a powerful classroom tool for anyone involved in teaching grades K-8 science and mathematics. Enhanced Science Helper contains plans for more than 1300 science resources, the equivalent of about eleven thousand pages of textual and graphic material. The lessons come from seven complete science and mathematics projects that were developed and tested over several years by hundreds of teachers, natural scientists, and educators.

Enhanced Science Helper employs search and retrieval procedures to help you quickly find lessons that suit your needs. The task of easily and quickly finding classroom activities, or even an entire science project, is possible with the built-in search and retrieval system. The system lets you tell the computer what you want simply by making choices from menus. You narrow your search by specifying any combination of grade level, subject, process skill, keyword, content theme, or project criteria. You can look at whole lessons or browse abstracts of lessons that meet criteria you have specified.
