ECC Executive Board Meeting

October 11, 2006

Meeting called to order at 6:32 PM.

Attendance: Sarah Ryals, Meredith Serneels, Dannielle Smith, Teala May

1^st Business: Pres.- Sarah Ryals

• Grad Forum
• October 25, 2006 7PM; set up at 6:30PM

§ Need posters, folders, pens, and paper

• General Meeting: October 18, 2006 7PM, be there at 6:45PM
• Go over Holiday Cheer, Fundraiser, McGuire Village
• Need Hour Sign ups for Albertsons and McGuire Village
• ProTeach Shirts (colors)
• Can bring up idea to each org about the colors, lettering, etc

• Die Cuts

§ ECC decided to get a set of numbers since there are no numbers in the Production Lab

• Bulletin Boards

§ have deadline for orgs to get board done by the next meeting, Oct. 18

• ECC Trip-if we still decide to have it

§ need to know destination, time frame, have ideas by Nov. 15, 2006

• ACTION ITEMS at the end of the minutes

Meredith: Call Donna about Holiday Cheer, tentative date: Dec 2, 2006, plan for

less

Dannielle: Email everyone about office hours: the steps to take if you are unable

to come

Teala: Get CD of pictures from Sarah to possibly start getting scrapbook together

Kelly Anne: Look into Sea World tours by next ECC meeting
