Meeting began at 6:04PM

Counselor Ed. presented a SAR-have to submit a special request. ECC will back them.

President

-Dreamweaver will be installed in the ECC office so that Professional Development officers can update/work on their websites

-Line Item Transfer- Because we have a lot of money in Travels we are going to transfer some out to buy things for the ECC office (i.e. Dye cuts); Possibility-Gift baskets for the end of the year awards ceremony

-Scrapbooks-Teala will send out an email to presidents and historians to remind them of the Scrapbook workshop on February 13, 2007; will put a Valentine’s swing on it

-Office hours seem to be going well. Make sure every org as well as exec officer is attending

-We need to keep Dr. Vernetson and Amy Kimball informed of anything that ECC and the orgs are doing so that they will not be lost in the case that Jennifer is not at work
