 1st Business: Officer Reports

- President- Halloween Meeting- decided to do McGuire Village instead, social and meeting on another day.

- California Pen Pals- want as many kids and UF students. Ask everyone and e-mail to Sarah

- Line Item Transfer- Money for newsletter needed so we have to take from an Orgs budget. Will probably be USECA's Rental

- Bowl- A- Thon for her class and ECC Co-Sponsor.

-Vice President- ECC E-Board shirts- all information not in yet

-All orgs need to make sure you have a money bag to give to Jen.

-Secretary- Office Hours- make sure you come to and if your time write it on paper

-Sarah adds that you need to stay your whole hour

-Treasurer- Family weekend 10/13 supervises kids or does a booth 10-12:30 or 1-3:30

-Historian- All orgs need to make sure you are taking pictures so we are prepared next semester.

-Professional Development - Thanks for updating boards

2nd Business: Org Reports

FEA- 10/3 meeting with ECC and 10/4 workshop @ 7:30 Terrace "Tools for Teaching"

SRC- Meeting: September 26th at 7pm in the Terrace Room & Ice Cream Social

SCEC- First meeting is 9/20 in Terrace room at 6:30pm. Talking about upcoming and new events we may want to do. We are still deciding on whether we want to go to national convention in April or state next month. We are in the process of designing a shirt that we will be selling in the near future.

MSEG - Switching meetings to every other week, Did Children's literature night and will do Phoenix Housing tomorrow.

USECA- Selling Sweatshirts $20.00 Shirts: $12.00 Bags:$7.00 Polo Shirts $15.00
- On Sale NOW College of Education License Plates $10.00
- USECA Meetings have now been moved to every 2nd Tuesday of each month at 6:30pm in the Terrace room.
- Next meeting is October 9, 2007

3rd Business: New or Old Business

- Bulletin Awards- winner is FEA

- Don't keep money in office, give it to Jen

4th Business: Comments/Questions 

- MSEG meeting with ECC change and will be in NRN 158

Next General Meeting is October 3rd, 2007 at 7PM in the Terrace Room.

Next Executive Meeting is September 26th, 2007 at 6:30PM in the ECC Office.
