- We
decided to do McGuire
Village, Sarah will
e-mail them and let them know we want to participate.
- We now
have to figure out what we are going to do.
- SRC
doesn't have to have a rep so everyone will do hour shifts
- We
will all research ideas to bring forward
- SCEC
presented SAR for Conference (approved)
- USECA
presented SAR for workshop (approved)
- October
31st meeting will be cancelled for McGuire Village
instead. E-mail will be sent out and all orgs have to reply.
- Homecoming
float, someone needs to contact Engineering and BCN to see if we will
help.
- December
5th social. (where, theme, food, activities)
- I need
to send Wendi minutes and office hours
- Alumni
wanting Edugator shirts
- Norman tabling
- Try to
get UF involved in California
school and try to get donations to buy pen pal shirts.
- Grad
Forum, professors are reviewing forum but will have to be later in the
semester.
- Find
out who is doing office hours and call them to make sure they understand
fundraiser procedures
