Graduate Student Resource Fair
Join your SAGE officers and the rest of your COE colleagues as we ring in the new academic year with a resource fair! This event will show you how to get involved with COE, campus and community activities. There will be booths set up in the Terrace Room and around the Norman Atrium (weather permitting). This panel is geared towards those who are currently or will be graduate teaching assistants. Participants on the panel include Dr. Behar-Horenstein, Dr. Pringle and Dr. Terzian. More participants to be announced soon. Light refreshments will be served at this event.

This panel will be focused on helping graduate students make the best of their conference experiences during their graduate school career. Participants on the panel include Dr. Fu, Dr. Nancy Dana, and Dr. Cathy Cavanaugh. Light refreshments will be served at this event.

Welcome to the website of the University of Florida College of Education (COE) graduate student organization called the Student Alliance of Graduate Students in Education (SAGE). SAGE is made up of masters and doctoral students across the many departments in the College of Education. We have come together for many reasons, some of which include to:
Create a cross-departmental graduate student group forum in the College of Education to better communicate graduate student needs;
Develop access to decision-making processes affecting graduate students within the College of Education and the University of Florida;
Aid teaching assistants with the development of pedagogical skills through open workshops;
Serve as an academic, professional, and social support group for Education graduate students; and
Promote and enrich the academic and educational objectives of the graduate students in the College of Education by funding and sponsoring programs applicable to intellectual, educational, and cultural interests.
