The File Menu provides access to the Preferences dialog box (figure below) which can be used to perform several functions. Font size in the Search Engine window can be selected here, allowing larger sizes for easier viewing or for presentation purposes, or smaller sizes for maximizing information visible in the Search Engine window.

The Preferences dialog box also provides Default Print Options for setting the print quality (high or low resolution) which then shows in the Add to Print List window (see Printing C & T resources). This dialog box can also be used to automatically include the abstract text when printing a resource or to include all linked materials when printing. These default options can be revised on a case-by-case basis in the Add to Print List window.

To Quit Culture & Technology, Choose Quit from the File Menu.
