The Abstract & Links Info window displays the abstract, a synopsis of the resource written by teachers for teachers. The window also displays the following information for that resource: original project, unit, and book; rated and designated grade levels; complete search criteria; and a list of resources, called "links," that have an instructional connection to the one in the Abstract & Links Info window.

From this window, you can access the resource itself by clicking the Open button in the upper left of the window. You also can use the Add to print list button next to the Open button to mark this resource for printing later (see Printing C & T resources). And you can use the Book contents button to bring up a table of contents dialog box for the original project book that contains this resource (see View menu; see also Exploring in the Culture & Technology Tour). From the dialog box, you can go to a different resource in the same book. From the Abstract & Links Info window, you also can select and view associated resources in the Links list.
